RETURN POLICY

All merchandise is covered under a 30-day manufacturer’s warranty. Ryan Gems accepts returns of unworn items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing, or alterations. Special order items are subject to a 30% restocking fee. All returns are subject to inspection and authentication by our Receiving Department. Once approved, please allow approximately 14 business days for processing and issuance of credit (excluding original shipping, handling, and insurance charges). ________________________________________ Return Authorization (RA Required) All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Returns without an RA number, or packages that appear damaged or tampered with, will be refused and returned to sender.
